Trials run on Growth — 500,000 pages a month across 5 websites — so you can point it at everything you publish rather than at one site as a sample. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
Currency and tax
In India you are charged in rupees, and the price you see is the whole amount that leaves your bank — GST is inside it, not added at the end.
Everywhere else you are charged in US dollars. Any tax where you are is yours to handle.
Which one applies is settled once, from your billing address, the first time you pay.
Before you decide
- What counts as a page view?
- Every page anybody or anything opens, counted the same way the dashboard reports it. Crawlers and automation count too — finding them is what you are paying for, and they cost us the same to examine.
- What happens if I go over?
- We write to you at four fifths of your allowance. If you pass it, measurement carries on for another seven days with a note on your screen. After that new visits stop being recorded until the month turns over or you move up a plan. Nothing you have already collected is ever deleted.
- Can I change plan later?
- Any time, from inside the product, in either direction. A website you added on a bigger plan is never taken away from you for moving down.
- What if I cancel?
- You keep everything until the end of the month you have paid for, and then measurement stops. What you collected stays where it is and you can still read it.
- Who handles my card?
- Stripe. No card number ever reaches us — changing a card, reading an invoice and cancelling all happen on Stripe's own pages.
- Can I run it myself instead?
- Yes. The whole detection engine is free software and you can host it on your own server for nothing. This service exists for people who would rather not.
